The technician was very polite and professional. He took great pride in the work he was doing for me and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

Carpets and floors look great. We also had our sectional cleaned. Pricing for the sectional seems a little steep but our tech was very nice and on time.
Very professional, great quality work, even offered to do a sample area prior to completing the work to set expectations. Cost was in alignment with the competition; but still better and staff was very knowledgeable able efficient. Highly recommend!

Technician was informative, professional and thorough. He showed up on time and went right to work. Because the carpet was not in the best of condition, he could only do so much. But the work he did exceeded our expectations.
Not using harsh chemicals or soaps keeps odors to a minimum which is important due to breathing and lung issues.
Even though it was a little pricey the technician called me prior to the appointment as promised, was prompt, courteous and thorough - - it was a very pleasant experience.
