Friendly and do a great job. Carpet looks so good when they are done and drys quickly.
Although I had a issue with a service I had paid for and didn’t see the value in, the company did everything hey could to make it right for me. That is a better company in my opinion than someone who claims to never had anything go wrong at a service site.
A few spots needed extra attention and technician didn’t get them out.

Our area rug doesn’t look clean. It looks the same, possibly worse. Disappointing especially considering the higher pricing for area rugs. Our regular carpets look good.

I like that there is no residue. Most important is the scrubber. I have had Zerorez out to my home on several occasions. This is the first time someone has used it. I wish they had done this in the past. My suspicion is that because the machine is so heavy, the other people chose not to do it. That is a shame. I believe they left more dirt on the surface in the past and therefore I did not get the full effect of your services.
He was very good at explaining what was needed for pet stain areas and personable too. :)

I thought the technician that came was VERY helpful and knowledgable.
Unfortunately, the total cost was way more than I had anticipated because of unknown pet urine in the three carpeted bedrooms (this was a new house to us, so we were unaware of the pet issues). What originally should have cost $135 on special for the three rooms ended up costing over $800 and one room still smells of pet urine. I wish I would have just had the carpets replaced and applied the $800 towards new carpet!

Excellent customer service where the servicemen were inviting, explained all the processes, and worked hard to get items the cleanest they could be. Would highly recommend the 2 servicemen and the service to others.
