Tray came in and did a great job. We are very pleased in the way the job was performed and he explained each step of what he is doing. We definitely hire them again.

This is the second time we’ve used zerorez in a month. The first time was in early January when we were prepping our old house for sale, this recent time was a move-in to our new house.

I was really wowed the first time, thought we got a great value and raved about you guys to several people immediately after.

This latest time, not so much. For starters, the tech adjusted the estimate and nearly doubled it upon arrival. I do think the hallway measurement I gave was a little low b/c I didn’t own the house yet and estimated from memory. However, the tech re-calculated to basically treat the entire house as one big hallway, including I suspect portions of the center that are really just part of the family room I was already paying an oversize fee for.

Long story short, I feel gouged.

In terms if quality, last time I was blown away, this time just ok at best. Part if me wonders how last time 2 guys spent more time at the house than this time, and this house is twice the size. In any event, 1 guy for a little over 2 hrs doesn’t seem like $1000 worth of work.

Long story short, I don’t feel like a got good value for my money and am left generally unsatisfied. Which is a shame, because I was a big fan and a future referral source after our first encounter.

Do better.

Your promotion on the radio gave me the wrong impression. I was hoping for an above average steam cleaning. I believe the results are just average nothing special. But the work was sufficient. Really don’t know what you can do to improve.

The tech (Dustin) was exceptionally professional. Cleaning was performed efficiently and effectively. Tech was meticulous, cleaning up after himself and was respectful in every way.

When I look at my shower the next day I realize that some of the grout was not clean. Plus my tile countertop which is pitted- several of the pits were dirty. I was told the floor of the tile in the shower could not be clean. Main reason why I wanted the shower clean. So for me this was very costly and did not give me the results I expected. I have been working on my shower floor since and have been able to get some of it clean so at this point I am not sure what the company can do further except a monetary return

The man arrived on time, went about his work in a quiet, professional manner. He asked my input on rug stains and other services that I might want. It seems to have cleaned the rugs well, although I feel that I need to wait a month or so and see if they reappear. The furniture was cleaned, although I could not tell a difference. There were no stains on them.

I felt that the cost was high and the protective application was also too high. Not sure If I would use you again.

Very friendly staff the young man that did my floors was a hard worker took pride in his work.

It doesn’t leave residue

Your technician Paul is very knowledgeable, polite and a hard worker. Service was extremely good I highly recommend.

No harsh, toxic chemicals. Also very clean.

The tech tried to up sell me and indicate that the master bedroom was a large one and he needed to add $45 to the total. I indicated that all of the appointments for carpet cleaning the size of the master bedroom had never been a problem. Especially because there is a queen size bed, dresser, trunk, armour, and vanity in place. Which means the area to be cleaned was small

The carpet was crunchy when finally dry. They were soaked and took all day to dry. No fans were used like Coconut Cleaning does. Also I vacuumed again right after and still got up a lot of dog hair. The carpet looks like it never even got cleaned.

Service was quick, carpets dried fast, most stains came out where I thought they wouldn't.

The customer service offered by the tech was above wonderful. The service was efficient and was much quicker compared to other companies. We would definitely use again and recommend to others . Thank you !

1. You had a price sale 3 days after you were here. Price match

2. An expensive spot ended up looking like the old liquid paper on a typed page. It stands out way too much. There was no feathering

3. The rug cleaned wasn’t nearly as good as our prior cleaning and parts are less clean than others

4. The major stain still has visibility

5. When I called to discuss this the hold time both times was unbelievably long. I left my # per the instructions & no return call

6. When I made the deal Teddy let me know she was busy and that made me uncomfortable

We had excellent service this time around. Carpet looks great, and the technician was very nice and customer service focused.

Easy to schedule an appointment, cleaners always arrive on time, and my carpets look great!

I like the idea of no chemicals. I have used zerez or years and will use no other carpet or tile cleanser.

We like chemical free and detergent free.
