This was the first time I used zerorez and could not be any happier with the outcome. Unlike other carpet cleaning companies that seem to just blend the dirt into the entire carpet making it all look like one color so you assume its clean, zerorez actually extracted the dirt. I have never seen my carpet this color before! My technician was professional, pleasant and showed his strong work ethic.
My technician Sydney was very friendly, professional and efficient. He made me aware of other services provided by Zerorez. My carpets were well cleaned and dried faster than any other time I had the carpets cleaned. I like the fact that it is a very low chemical cleaning process.
Technician was extremely courteous, and worked very diligently to clean the water stain ring on our custom sofa.

I loved the professionalism of the tech. He was very knowledgeable about the Zerorez product and he thoroughly explained everything to us. He was very respectful of our home, even placing corner protectors up. He was also very respectful of the Coronavirus concerns most of us have, and he wore a mask and booties the entire time he was in our house. He was polite and friendly, and we will always use Zerorez as long as your techs and product are this awesome!

Zerorez is one of the best carpet cleaners I have ever experienced using. No crunchy feeling in the carpet after they are cleaned and dried. I have been using them for about 2 years now and every time I use them they do a thorough job, they take their time, very professional and courteous. Dion was my technician this time around and he was fabulous. I will be requesting him each time I schedule

The service techs are very professional and explain the process very well. I’ve used your services a few times and will use again when needed.
Overall, the service was great. However, I didn’t like how I paid to have my couches cleaned but the backs of them were overlooked until I had to ask them to have them cleaned.
