Our carpet looks great. We were impresssed with the young man who did the cleaning. He did many things to protect our walls and carpet that other companies don't do.
It looked clean at first but then a couple of spots showed up after it dried.

I have used zerorez for 8 years and I think it is expensive. I never get any discounts other than what is advertised on the radio.
In the past, I have been very happy but this time it seemed super expensive and the tile cleaning was average. Sometimes I will spot clean my tile with a scrub brush and I can do a more thorough job than this time with zerorez.
I am normally left with a "wow" feeling and this time it was not like that at all.
There were two technicians because one was training and they were both nice.

The first service was incomplete and not well done. I had to have you come back a second time to finish which is becoming the norm now.
It was quick very clean and no residue.
You should not do tile.
I scheduled my cleaning and then my schedule changed so I was not home at the time scheduled. My 15 year old son was home to let the representative in the house to clean. He/she cleaned ONE room. I had 2 spots that my puppy had an accident on. My son signed the bill and I was shocked to find that I was charged over $250 for the ONE bedroom. I’ve never paid this much before and I’ve had the same treatments in addition to having other carpeted areas in the home cleaned.

I understand you charge by the room. But the room was a 10x10 with a queen bed, dresser, and bookcase. So the actual area was a 5x8 foot space. It took 10 minutes and yes the carpet was cleaned it just seems really expensive for such a small area. It would have been cheaper to buy a Bissell carpet cleaner. Also I scheduled the appointment for between 2-4 pm so my husband didn’t have to deal with it while I was at work but they showed up in the morning which was a huge inconvenience for him.
ZeroRez is is Great! On Time, Friendly, Fast and my carpets and rugs look great! I will recommend to everyone!
Tanner did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was polite, fast, and for the first time ever, with any carpet cleaning company, including ZeroRez, he did not try to talk us into paying for additional services. I really appreciated that. Our carpets look great! They are so soft when walking in bare feet. Just like they were brand new!

Lower the prices
It would be nice to be given some small samples of your products. Even though Zerorez cleaned my carpets, i still have some odor from cat urine and i would like to be able to take care of that myself.

if I remember correctly I thought you advertised that the carpets wouldn't be crunchy after you cleaned them. I've used you several times and have not had this problem, in fact my carpets look amazing, they're just very crunchy. Not a fan of the crunch! The tech cleaning the carpets along with the guy he was training was very professional.
