I love that you do not put soap into my carpet I feel like it stays cleaner longer.
I have use Zerorez for many years and have always been happy with the outcome. This time in particular I was having a whole house carpet and tile cleaning and protected and sealed and the technician did an awesome job taking care of the floors and respecting the new paint on the baseboard. I was left with a free bottle of their cleaner and used it on my stainless steel fridge and it worked awesome. I will always use Zerorez when I need my carpets and tile cleaned.

I’m not certain if my hopes were too high but we the couch we recently bought used had a strong lingering odor from the previous owner. We hoped having Zerores come out to clean the couch would deodorize and clean the old pet hair away. Unfortunately the odor remains but the pet hair is gone. The technician was great.
Zerorez could not even clean my new carpet and get puppy pee odor out even when I paid for the $40 extra cleaner upgrade. When I called your company back to come fix one of the bedrooms the guy on the phone told me to calm down and open a window and it would smell better in a few days. Then he wouldn't come out to fix the issue for 2 more days. I will never use your company again.
