the carpet has never been cleaner
I have used zerorez 3 times. All 3 times I was pleased but this guy went above and beyond. My old carpet looked brand new by the time he was done. Even raked my carpet when he was done. I was very Impressed.
The rep that shampooed the carpet's was extremely nice and offered products and solutions that went above and beyond my expectations. The smell of pets no longer lingers and is show room ready. 10 out of 10

We’ve used zerorez before and seen much better results. While the grout does look better overall, it’s nowhere near as clean as I expected and it’s not even, it’s patchy. It also ended up being $150 more expensive than we expected so we had to drop certain areas we wanted done. It was a lot to pay to be underwhelmed. Now I feel as though I’ll have to purchase specific cleaner and tools and do it myself to get the desired effect so what was the point in having it done at all?
