Our tech Rachael was very attentive to our needs and is a very hard worker, we are very pleased the way our carpets came out.
Abel has services our house on three different occasions and on each on he made sure that we were informed of what he was doing and recommended services that were excellent. Floors look great.

I was scheduled quick, communicated to thoroughly throughout the entire process, the technician showed me everything before, during and after the cleaning and there was no pushy sales talk, even when we decided to add on another room while she was here. My carpets and tile/grout look amazing and there were no rash chemicals used, so my carpet is super soft and I can finally let me kids roll around again. I’ll never use another company again!

I appreciated the thorough explanation of details of what to expect and the walk through with an ultra violet light to see the "unseen" stains and trouble spots. I also received a thorough explanation about the super strong scrubber with lots of brushes to get 99+ Percent of pet hair in the carpets.
I loved ow clean they were able to get everything! I have had other cleaners in the past that used soaps and other products and did not get it as clean as Zerorez did and in such a quick amount of time. I will definitely be going to them next time I need carpets and tiles cleaned!

We have made Zerorez our "go to" for carpet cleaning since we purchased our new carpets about four years ago. Every year we have been provided with quality customer support, professional cleaners who arrive on time, talk us through the process, and make sure to treat out home with care.
We get tons of compliments on how clean...and how fresh...our carpets looks. We always save our visits for after Superbowl so that we can get the most bang for our buck each year! We love having guests in our home and now we have a new grandbaby that will be on the carpet so quality cleaning is important tous.

up front pricing that includes special services. I was expecting to pay $200 but after the service tech was onsite was quoted $700. It has been 3 days and the room is still a little damp and smells wet and I have had the window open with fans running.
I love the fact that service was available so quickly. I also like the fact that there were no chemicals applied to my floors. Carpet dried in a couple days, longer than was expected.
The service guy that came to our home did not introduce or identify himself until I reached out my hand and gave him my name first. He was not very personable or friendly, just not personable at all.
Upon completion, he read through questions on his phone, then handed the phone to me, wanting me to sign. I asked him to show me each page, so I could read for myself, what it was I was signing. He seemed irritated by that, but I wasn't comfortable signing a place on his phone, when I couldn't see what I was signing. That's on the company, not the service person.
The service man could improve on his customer service skills.
