We have used Zerorez multiple times in the past, and recently had our two sofas cleaned.
This past weekend we had your company come out to clean our carpets. We were very disappointed. He was unprofessional in the manner he spoke and came across as rude.
The price he quoted us when he arrived was not what I remember being when I booked the appointment. After calling your office and speaking to a representative, she told me that the original quote given was in fact different than what he was showing me.
We asked to have the scotch guard fee taken off for all five rooms which was a total of 125.00 so as to lower the price. Which should have taken our price down from 421.00 to 296.00.
Your technician then readjusted all the pricing and gave us a total of 341.00 for which did not include any scotch guard protectant. If I were to add on the 125.00 fee to that total, it would then come to 466.00 which is even more than the original quote he gave of 421.00. Does not make any sense! At the time it was hard to quickly calculate these numbers, but having done so afterwards, I feel that the numbers were calculated to benefit your business.
After carefully looking over the job that was done once the technician left, I discovered that the closet space in three of our four bedrooms was not even damp and I specifically asked if the closets could be done. In our master bedroom it seemed that just the main area in the middle was the only section cleaned. To say that I am disappointed in the service is an understatement. For what you charge, I expect to have a thorough job done.
Your supervisor returned a call to us on the next business day and offered a credit of 70.00 toward our next scotch guard application. Which would only cover two rooms.
I wish now that I had requested a refund of the 125.00 for the scotch guard that I had deleted from the service when the technician arrived. Not being certain if we will use your company again, I would rather have had just the refund.

The stain and smell in the carpet wasn’t taken care of the first time. Considering how much more expensive zerorez is compared to other well rated companies I didn’t expect to have to have you come back a second time.

Zerorez leaves my carpet very clean, it’s clean not masked w/ perfume or soap, it smell’s clean and stays clean. I had my tile and grout cleaned and sealed, great job it is so clean. Trayvon B did a great job.
