Very easy to schedule online and the rep always does a good job
streaks while wet I though were just from way extraction left carpet nap. wrong. have been cleaning with paper towels and woolite oxy pet spray all was surface dirt.. have gotten most up. gave up on more with paper towel shortage but the worst has been cleaned..

That y'all don't use harsh chemicals and the carpets come out clean and for the service it was excellent the gentleman in which was sent out to clean our carpets was very nice and did an amazing job

Awesome service. Online scheduling, text messages for confirmation of appointment and day of service. Including tracking of your tech. Carpet cleaning was as expected. Cleaned three rooms without any issues in about an hour. Tech was polite and efficient. When service is needed again I know Who I’ll use! The water is like miracle water!! Spilt latex paint all over my carpet. I thought try the ZeroRez water and see what it does. It literally caused the paint to break up so I could suction up with my rug Dr.. I couldn’t believe my eyes! Regular water was only making the situation worse. I use this water for everything and have literally tossed all my cleaning products. Can’t live with out this water.

I trust that my carpets are truly clean when Zerorez clean them!! The process they use is genius and works! Afterwards the carpet dry very quickly, they don't leave it soggy. Jeff was very helpful and dedicated to doing the best job possible. My carpets are sandy white and look brand new again. Thank you!
Professional. Great cleaning! My carpets and floors have stayed looking very nice and clean.
The carpet still had spots on it and my daughter said he did living room and upstairs bedroom and stairs and hall way in 1 hour. I was told he would leave a bottle of free cleaner and they did not do that either. I was told he would evaluate the carpet if it needed spot remover and y daughter who was here said he did not tell her anything.

The carpets came out very clean and the end result when the carpets dried was phenomenal. Our technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to do everything right. Reasonably priced.
Didn’t like the results. Our carpet may very well be clean however, perception plays a huge role and they do not look very much different then they did before they were cleaned. Really good vacuum job is the take away for me. Service was great! Technician seemed knowledgeable and cooperative. Just didn’t like the product
