Not only was the service and product great but the customer service sealed the deal. Dustin was a cool, respectful professional. He was hard working and humble. At our party the next day we received countless compliments on how clean our furniture and carpets looked. Dustin got out stains other people couldn't in years.

I like the high pH H20 used for cleaning. No harsh chemicals or harmful residue. And most important the cream color carpet in this home looks great after Zerorez treatment.
I like Zerorez because of the lack of chemicals. I also like the great way you extract so many of the water and it dries faster. Joshua did a great job and was very nice to work with. I will request him the next time I use Zerorez.

The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions. He explained the pricing before he did any work. We had a large disgusting spot which he focused on. Our carpets never looked better and without all the soap and chemicals other cleaners use. We couldn't be more satisfied. Our carpets are beautiful!

It was super easy to schedule my service online, the technician was quick yet thorough and was able to add on an additional cleaning service I hadn't originally scheduled when booking online. My carpets look great, will definitely be using Zerorez again.
