PAUL WAS VERY PATIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE ACTUALLY WAITED FOR ME AS I WAS RUNNING 15 MINS LATE, THEN HE TOOK THE PROPER TIME TO COMPLETE THE TASK. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST HIM FOR ANY FUTURE JOBS, AS I WILL INFORM ALL ABOUT HIS PERFORMANCE. MY RUGS FEEL NEW AND MY DOG IS HAPPY.
Make carpets look better. The carpets are damp but not real wet therefor they dry quickly!
Your technician explained the process and got a stubborn stain out! The process was done in good time. I have used Zerorez a number of years and I will use them again when needed.

The man who did my carpets all questions that i had, and the carpets look and and feel great. Zero Rez was referred to me by another client of yours, Ann Fleming, From Sn City Wst, and I was very pleased with their work.
my rugs are clean, but one thing is that i had a 5' round with a pad underneath.
the very edge of the rug where the pad ends underneath still look a tiny bit dirty.
I think the pad should have been removed for a more even cleaning surface.
