First time using Zerorez, our carpets weren’t horrible but with the foot tracffic we have we needed it done. The representative they sent out was so kind and informative ! The carpets were nice and cleaned but didn’t have the chemical smell to it! They dried within 5hrs like he quoted us and very happy with the overall service provided!

The whole process was easy from scheduling to the end of the service. I like how my carpet is not crunchy, and it is clean!!

The technician was very informative but not pushy, the carpet looked great after it dried.

For some reason, I don’t feel like the tile grout came out as good as when I had the other rooms done last time. And I noticed a few stains On my carpet were not not spot treated so they didn’t come out.

The technician was very polite, friendly, and arrived on time. But I just don’t feel the end result is as good as the last time I had it done.

I will still recommend Zerorez because I’m a long-time customer and maybe I waited too long to have my cleaning done.

We've used Zerorez twice now - same excellent results. Love that the carpets aren't sticky after cleaning. Seems to last a long time - over two years, even in heavily trafficked areas.

My carpet is 40 years old(HOPELESS) It was a temporary fix til I get my new carpet. O would say it was at least 80%better. Stains were almost gone as well as the odor from many pets
