Took a long time for the stairs to dry
We have had Zerorez before and I feel like the first time the technician did a very detailed job. This time i felt it was alot more rushed. Areas seemed to be missed. That furniture wasn't blocking. I just felt the first time was alot better than this time.
You advertise a 3-room special for a “complete clan” then, you come over just to upsell. That is not complete clean. You should mention in your ad that it is just basic clean.
The upsell is disappointing. I will be hard pressed to call zerorez again.

The special offered was a great value. They were on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets.
The guy who came to clean the carpets was very nice and easy going. We liked having him in our home. When his "supervisor" showed up, he was abrasive, tried to talk over the first guy, pushy and a bit rude. We were happy when he left.
My service tech was GREAT!
Service worked well on our carpet. Even with regular caret cleaning heavy wear patterns and dirt worked into the pile it would soon return to its awful state. Zerorez showed an immediate improvement in appearance. With the age and condition of the carper we din't expect perfection but it did make a difference you could see. I believe using your company with new and good quality carpet it would stay great looking for a much longer time.
The tech who did the work was also very personable and worked very hard on trying to make our carpet look its best.
I love how fast the carpets dried after the cleaning was all done. Carson was so fast and efficient and the carpets look and feel great!

When someone calls asking about deals tell them the 3 room deal. I was gonna pay $90 for one room when I got 3 done for a small increase in price
Carpet looked the same. Would have been nice to rake the carpet so it had clean lines, we've had our carpets cleaned by several companies in the past and this was always included..
I like how informative your techs are, they do a great job of explaining what they are doing and what options you have.
Promoting the zero residue.
Our appointment was Thursday, 1/16/2020 and our tech was great. There were pet stains that he got out - an expense we didn't anticipate would be so costly. Then I presented a 25/25 sale coupon from ValPak that I printed out and still have that was for $25 per room, expiration date of 1/31/2020. The Supervisor did not honor it. We were highly disappointed as this coupon was the main reason we decided to go with Zerorez. Our tech did tell us if we encountered any smell after 72 hours to call back. The only smell I encountered was on the corner between room and closet where I noticed was a pet stain that wasn't treated. If you could schedule an appointment to come address, that would be great. We spent a lot of money with not having our coupon honored and would like this taken care of asap. Thank you.
I had such a wonderful experience with my technician Carson! He was kind, efficient, and truly effective in cleaning my couch! He was very respectful and I felt he went above and beyond! It is hard to receive customer service like that anymore! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use you all again in the future!

Not sure that the carpets were as clean without some type of chemicals.
The technician that came to our house was excellent! Unfortunately two visits were required but he gave 100% effort in getting the odor out of my 3 month old carpet! Our dog got sick and it took the special neutralizer to finally rid the carpet of the odor. Thank you so much for your help!
There are no chemicals. The technician was very friendly and explained the process, what he was using on the carpet, etc.
