Service guys were awesome, thorough, kind, knowledgable, answered questions, got out stains, and did everything they were supposed to do and did it with positive attitude, smiles and wanted to make sure I was happy with their service.. I AM, I WAS and give those guys a raise!!!
Carpets are not wet and smelly for days afterwards. Stains were treated to help remove soiled spots. Technician checked for pet urine and applied a carpet protector spray at the end of cleaning process. Technician was courteous and professional. My technician’s name was Dalton.

My carpets are clean and there is no crunchy feeling after they are dry. I had some pet spots that needed attention and those cleaned up very well. The Technicians that have come out have all been very professional.

I like the type of cleaning process you have. There’s not gallons of water used and the carpets are dry in no time. Also there isn’t a funny deodorizer smell left after the cleaning is done.
