Part of the job wasn't done. When I called to report it, I was told there could be an extra charge. When the service person returned three days later, he argued with me that it wasn't in the original quote and had to call his boss. After he came back in and said he would do it for "free," I reminded him that we discussed the best way to clean that runner when he first got here, the first day. He admitted that he remembered it and that we had, indeed, included it in the estimate. In order to have the second appointment, I had to again catch and put away four cats and two dogs. This is a huge task. Also, I work over nights, so it meant losing sleep again. It was highly annoying and I felt like I was being called a liar.

Easy to schedule appt. Thenichen was polite and thorough in his job. Very pleased with my experience with zerorez. Will recommend them.

Our tile floors look great, except immediately under the blinds and behind the doors of the pantry and powder room!
