Chris was great..the carpet looks new
My carpet is not as cleaned as I expected it to be. It still appears dirty looking. I paid $400.00 for a clean carpet and it did not look like it.

At first sight I thought the carpet looked clean but after a closer look there’s still stuff on the carpet and dirty. I was hoping that it would also smell better but it doesn’t. I was told there were no bio spills no pet stains so I’m not sure why it doesn’t smell fresh. Maybe cause it’s just water used.
Everything looked - and smelled good when the tech was done. It’s three days later and my carpet that didn’t smell previously smells like a wet dog and is slightly crunchy...not sure about the zero residue!!

Great job! My carpets are clean. I have 2 dogs and I was a little nervous that the rooms would smell like wet dog after the cleaning. This was not the case. Zerorez was able to remove all of the dog hair and while the carpet was still wet the rooms smelled clean. No wet dog smell.

I like that the system you use doesn’t have chemicals. It leaves the carpet clean and soft. No odor.
We've used Zerorez for years in Washington State and now here. We love that our carpets aren't "crunchy" after cleaning and then are dirty within months because of all the residue. In WA, they also cleaned our living and family room couches -- they always looked like brand new after Zerorez.
Evan was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining the different treatments (we have two dogs) and allowing us to choose which ones we wanted without any pressure from him.
