The technician Sydney was very professional, friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the effort he made.

The challenge is we have very light floors and there are corners and areas close to the walls that didn't get cleaned. So the difference is noticeable. It does show that the floors were cleaned but I would hope that all areas would have been cleaned.

Do you have any recommendations as to what we can do to clean those areas to make them match? I am not asking for another technician to come back out. I have no doubt Sydney did what he could, I just think it maybe the machine isn't square but round which doesn't allow for good corner cleaning.

Great service, very courteous and helpful technician.

Paul, my service tech, was awesome. He explained the process every step of the way and how I could protect/clean my tile and grout in between services. He was very helpful and polite.

That I didn’t have to go nothing

Everything was great. My favorite part is no detergent. Carpets feel as clean as if they just got out of the washer. They smell like fresh without any perfumes.

Cleans carpets very well.

The tech cleaned stairs and two rooms in less than an hour. It was done very quickly by one person. Don’t know how clean he got the carpet in such little time. Also charged for two rooms when it’s just one living area.

Explain that it can take MORE than 8 hours to completely dry...be real and tell could take 12 or more. I was first told 4-6 hours on the phone and tech said 8 hours but was much much longer before felt was dry enough to put metal leg furnishings back on carpet as did not want rust spots.

I like the service technicians and also that you don't use chemicals.

This was the 2nd time I used this sevice . This is the first time I was disappointed. I felt the person that did the cleaning did a lousy job. I had to ask if he would do the edge of the carpet. I'm so disappointed.
