I'd like to be able to see how much dirt is coming up. I know you can't empty the tank after each job; but a clear section of hose would let the customer see what's coming out.

The tech seemed to be in a hurry with the cleaning; moving the wand too quickly over the carpet. Surely, slower is more effective than faster.

Aside from the removal of 2-3 small spots/stains, it looks pretty much the same. But, the carpet is the same color as the desert dust that got it dirty in the first place so I'm not surprised at that. It is softer so I know something was accomplished.

Scheduling and communication were fine. Rate was reasonable.

This was a great experience. The technician was polite, quick, and thorough.

Excellent service as well as excellent work

I had my Zerorez come to clean the grout in my tile. I was amazed at how dirty my tile was as well. They did such a beautiful job!! I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm pretty picky about cleaning, and so my expectations are different. As I looked at the carpet after the tech left, I noticed corners that were missed, and a few spots that didn't get cleaned as well as I would have liked. Also, a previous company who cleaned my house also sprayed down the baseboards--that was a nice extra.

We were quoted just over $300 for the service, which is still much higher than our other quotes but we like the no chemicals use of your company.
When you came, I was not here, but my wife was. She was pressured in to $550 bill. She said rep tried to get her to go OVER $900!!!!!! but she refused that much.
My wife is 4'9" tall and we feel she was misled with a false quote and pushed to pay almost double the original quote (with attempts at over triple the quote).
The carpet does look a lot better, but there are still some small stains. maybe for $900, those could have been gotten as well, or I could have almost purchased newer carpet.

Great customer service with the most polite tech I have ever met. Amazing results and just the best at carpet cleaning.

Just the overall service. I question the fact that you advertise O REZ when I saw him use a container and sprayed the carpet. Also the entrance into to family room from the kitchen seems to still have a dark shadow on it. Other than that the carpet is beautiful throughout. We left town and stayed overnight to allow the carpet to dry properly. When we returned I vacuumed very thoroughly and found the dark track mark at the family room entrance.

Service was great, carpet cleaning was great. Couch cleaning, not so much.

Arrived early after a call to see if early would be ok. Earlier was much better. Jeff showed up and I explained what areas needed cleaning after my little dog had several diarrhea accidents. He cleaned the areas in a reasonable time. He left leaving me with clean carpets. I will definitely consider calling Zerorez again in the future.
