Trish and I couldn't be happier. The representative was FANTASTIC!!!! He explained all of our options, demonstrated how the water really works, and talked about some future ideas (tile floor.and granite countertops) in a super helpful, non-salesy way. We took his card and will be back in touch with him in the future.
The products and service were very good. I thought the serviceman was very knowledgeable
and did excellent work. But I think this price was too high. I have been a long time customer and I think I should have gotten a better price.
You do not use soap, which actually makes the carpet get dirty faster.
No chemicals! I don't have to worry about children or pets coming in contact with the carpets. My tech., Amelia, was informative, conscientious and thorough. Whole house feels fresher. Thanks for the great job Amelia!

The tech came out and the next day my carpets smelled worse then they were. I called again and another tech came out to address the situation at no charge and he only sprayed a chemical and left. In and out in 5 minutes. Now that it has dried the carpets smells even worse than initially. so disappointed as they claim to be the best. I will never use them again and i will make sure others know my experience as well. Not impressed at all.
The products you use removed the diets and oils from the carpet with ease.
