Fast efficient and on time. They did. Great job. My carpet looks like new again.
We had a situation where the carpets (3 rooms) buckled and had rolls in the surface. The technician may have been new; but knew nothing about what would cause this to happen. We talked with a supervisor who said this situation was caused by the underlayment or backing on the carpet got too wet. He added the problem would go away in a day or two. He was right.
However, it would have bene better if the technician who did the work was aware of what happens with an overabundance of water

the technician arrived on time, was quick but thorough. He explained the process and expectations well.
Paid extra for the pet stain treatment and it’s still there and paid extra for my bathroom because it was tile and it didn’t look clean at all. I have had better success using a rug doctor myself.
The only thing I found kind of disappointing was the carpets were still down the day after. And I had assumed from the ads that they dried quicker and fluffier. Otherwise everyone was totally satisfied with the service
