Friendly helpful and no residue left behind

I could have sprayed water on my carpets and got the same results as you did. My carpets stunk worse and made my whole house stink, I had to redo everything, and try to get the stink out of my house, and spend a lot of money to get my house better than when you guys left. I called you guys to get the smell out of my house because I was moving in my new home, and you guys came to clean my house,, and the smell got worse than when we were moved in.I was moving in the next day, and I called you guys because the smell was worse, and you couldn’t get here for another week to make things right so.I am very disappointed in this company, and would not recommend them to anybody.I vacuumed after they cleaned, and got a handful of dog hair, and dirt out of my carpet with just a mini vacuum, and it was disgusting would not ever recommend them to anybody.

How you prep the carpet with solution and brush it before cleaning. Makes a difference to me.

Are zerorez guy came earlier than we expected which is of course nice but we were unprepared. He didn’t bat an eye and got started while we moved some furniture around. We have a large family and I was impressed with how well he worked with our crazy while he was here. As always, our house feels new after a zerorez cleaning

I love Zerorez and the carpets stay clean so much longer. I even bought a bottle of the 'water' and use it on all my glass and cleaning surfaces. Cleans much better than soap or windex. The professionals that come out to clean are very knowledgeable and courteous.

I was called into work, so Gary was on his own, and did a great job! He cleaned all of the carpets, and the intricate tile floors. He later contacted me back about his progress, and offered carpet protection and tile sealing. I took both services, and I was very pleased with the results. Paid extra to have carpet deodorized and they smell the same as before zero rez did any cleaning.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The empowered water is a great cleaner for all surfaces. I love that it doesn't leave streaks!
