They were professional & courteous.
It was impressive to see how clean they were able to get our carpets. Even on the way out it was nice to see them sweep some of the rocks that had been scattered on the driveway from the hoses. Thank you!
Only complaint was the lateness, however you made amends with the discount. Brian did an excellent job, and I do like the no-crunch as you walk barefoot.

The Zerorez tech was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made my carpets look like new. I would 100% recommended Zerorez to anyone and everyone.
My Zero Rez service rep did an amazing job, was very curteous and thorough and made my grout look amazing. The rooms of carpet he cleaned look perfect too, but I paid extra for the pad extraction and spent over $800 getting my carpets cleaned and they still smell, so I am disappointed with the promise that they would not after I spent over $800 and they still do.

The young man that cleaned our carpets was top notch. Very nice and respectable. I wish I could remember his name. Gave us lots of options and as a company goes he did try to upsale but with NO pressure which I appreciate. Nice kid and did his job very well.

Zerorez came in they were professional pick up my carpets clean and they will really bad when they showed up I asked could you do my couch to myself they didn't hesitate they just did it they told me to price and fans nothing changed love Zerorez
