The December 2019 technicians were friendly, but the work was completed way too fast as compared to the technician back in March 2019. Next time, please send a technician(s) that focus more on Quality than productivity or trying to promote carpet protectant. At times, we have noticed our house smell like a moist carpet. Thank you.

I was very happy with the tech that came to my house he was friendly and polite how ever I was not too impressed with the results of your service. I was expecting to spend around $100 to have my stairs and small landing done. When the tech arrived I mentioned that I have pets that have urinated on the landing multiple times. The tech brought his black light out and we looked at the damage together, it was definitely gross and not a surprise. I was however a bit shocked to learn that the cleaning would be triple what I was expecting. I agreed to have it done though thinking that a professional service would be worth the money and hoping to get my carpet back into good condition. I should note that the carpet is only 2 1/2 years but does have wear. After the tech left I got my personal black light out and inspected the carpet and found most of the bigger stains were still there. I don't imagine it would be possible to completely remove the stains but I was hoping that the smell at least would be less noticeable and as soon as the carpet dried the smell was back. I hope that this service works for people with out bad animals but I guess I learned its just not worth it if you do have fur babies.
