I loved the pet treatment! I no longer have that urine stench in my apartment! I didn't think that my carpet would actually return to its original color, but it did! My technician, Brandon, was so knowledgeable! He was more than I could've asked for! He really was explaining every step that he was taking, so that I was comfortable and knew what he was doing. He really took his time to make sure that my carpet was super clean! He didn't make any decisions without consulting with me, which made me trust him and the company! He even gave me tips to do on my own, in case anything were to appear on my carpet! Thank you!

We have used this company several times. We had Larson service our carpets and did the most amazing job. He took the time to explain, demo and was here for hours. Never have I seen so many patients and take the time to do do what he did. We will be requesting him in May when we plan to do our entire house. He was so professional and patient. This was the first time I used Zerorez, and it had been years since I used a company to clean my carpets (two reasons, 1 - I have a carpet cleaner and use it mainly, and 2) the last time I used a company - Stanley Steamer - I felt totally ripped off by them and they did a terrible job.) I moved into a new house about 7 months ago and want to make sure our carpet is maintained well, and I have heard good things about Zerorez from friends, plus heard a lot of radio advertising (I think I may have seen a TV commercial recently too) so I decided to give it a try. The young man that came out was friendly, was not at all pushy (i.e., didn't try to upsell me) and worked within my budget to get as much flooring cleaned as possible. He did a great job, the only thing is that the tile in the bathroom didn't come clean around the toilet, so I will be calling to report that. Besides that, it was a good experience and I will use Zerorez again.

Service tech did a great job
The service guy did a great job cleaning the carpet visually, but there was a moldy / wet smell coming from the carpet for a few days. It did not smell fresh and clean.
This was the first time I used Zerorez. Technician explained everything. Carpet looked great after he was done. Very pleased.
