I'm having company for New Years and thought a cleaning might help until I replace the carpet in March. The carpet was really dirty. I called Zerorez to out and clean it. It took less than 2 hours and dried really quickly. The carpet now looks brand new. I was amazed at how good the carpet looks and I think I might postpone the new carpet for another year.

Bedroom carpets are still dirty and you can see the line where he stopped cleaning. I'm extremely disappointed with the results and will likely have to try to clean areas he did not clean with my good old Bissell carpet cleaner. I feel ripped off of $274 which I was charged. In fact would like a refund if at all possible.
