Zerorez was fabulous! I called on Thursday afternoon when I got the keys to my new house and they were out the next day to clean the carpeted rooms so my house would be ready for the movers on Saturday morning! Thanks a bunch! I truly appreciate the hustle and great job!

Within 3 weeks the pet stains were back. I paid $200 for the carpet to be cleaned in 2 bedrooms, which included a biological treatment. When I called to complain that the stains were back, they told me that they only have a 30 day guarantee and I passed that deadline. They said they would come back out for another $90. No thanks.
I'm a first time customer and now a last time customer. I know a lot of people and will spread the word that your system is inferior.
The young man who came out to do my carpets did a great job and I appreciate his work. My carpets in two rooms are old but they look so much better now.
Technician was top notch! Explained everything , careful with my home , flexible ( let me add to my original order) - my 20 year old whole floor grout looks brand new again!!!!

I like how the technicians don't pressure you to buy anything and they are no hidden costs that you are surprised with at time of service. They make suggestions, but don't push you to buy them.
