We had carpet and laminate flooring services on December 12, 2019. Dustin was our service provider. He was very professional and efficient. He was unable to clean one of the area rugs because it had silk as one of the materials. He did clean two other area rugs. One was very satisfactory. The other rug was not satisfactory. Stains remained after cleaning and even with Dustin spending time to work on the stains, the stains remained although less noticeable. This rug was under the dining room table so likely the stains were food/liquid related.
Dustin also cleaned all the laminate floor surfaces. Had I know he would have used only the solution and a mop, I would have done the work myself at no cost. The cost for this service is not worth the value in my opinion.
I will not be requesting your services in the future.
Please note that we were not unhappy with Dustin. As I said, he was very professional and efficient and worked hard to make us satisfied.

Technician was very friendly and very clean! He ensured that there were guards on our furniture and staircase to ensure there was no damage from his cords.

The house smells great as well, there was no damp mildew smell afterwards.

The customer service was the best part! I didn't feel like the rug was really clean after getting it home and unrolling it. There was still small pieces of children's items still in the rug; i.e. hair ties, a small plastic piece of a toy, strands of hair. I would've thought it would be clean from everything.
