Had a really great first experience with Zerorez! Carpet looks and feels great! No chemical odors to endure. Dried within a few hours! Felt like a magic water wand had been waved over our carpet. Tech was professional and thoughtful with insistence on protecting our furniture, and little booties left behind to use while the carpet dried. No pressure to add to our original order. Very impressed!
