Would have liked to know what amount was charged to credit card----it was more than estimate. I called the office to get the amount. The guys were patient as they arrived almost 2 hours earlier than scheduled and I had another person here doing measurements.
The gentlemen did tell me their names, I believe it was Aaron & Jarred. It would be nice if they presented a business card with their names, even if the name was written on by them.
A brief handhout on aftercare of any would be nice to have.
Loved the results that it having the carpet cleaned. There was dog and cat odors present and ZeroRez got them sparkling clean! The really dirty walkways came out clean and bright too! I highly recommend your service.
I also have to say that Rob was friendly and answered all my questions. My two dogs were present and he acknowledged them, making it much easier to get them out of the way!

My issues are with the service member who cleaned our sofa. First and foremost I felt extremely uncomfortable when the serviceman referred to me as ‘hun’ during the visit. That is not my name and it’s inappropriate, you should address that. He also decided after cleaning my sofa to pull up a chair at a table in my house and sit down after service where I was working on sensitive documents for work without asking and to be honest It made me uncomfortable. He is a visitor in my home and I feel like that was being abused. I also understand since I am in the sales field your goal is to make money and hopefully upsell but an add on treatment was pushed on me and I said no I don’t need that, then all of a sudden that $120 treatment was going to only $35 for me? I said no again I don’t need or want that and then the serviceman finally said okay fine you don’t want that. Then while cleaning my couch he said he was going to do the add on treatment I had said no to twice and replies oh I’ll just throw it in for free for you cause I know you need it. So yes I got a treatment for free that I didn’t need but I would have paid $120 had I said yes in the beginning? It’s just misleading especially if I use this service moving forward.
I hope you address this and again I like the business and the after product but the experience itself was not something I would want to experience again. Thank you.
The young man who cleaned our furniture was polite, clean, and hard working. He got my couch and chair cleaner than I thought possible
