I hired you because I had two issues: a syrup stain under my stairs and a urine issue from my young nieces who stayed with us over Thanksgiving.
Your tech found the urine spot and treated both the urine and syrup spots but both the sickeningly sweet smell of the syrup remains and the disgusting smell of urine is still very present. For $300 I expected both issues to be resolved.
My carpet is only 5 months old so it is extremely frustrating to have these two areas of my home that smell disgusting.
I was very impressed with the man who came and performed the service. He was friendly, responsive, on time, and very knowledgeable of the process. If there was an 11, I would give it to him. Thanks for assigning him to my job. I am sold on Zerorez - the process is great. But the telephone answering system - - - not so much. I had occasion to call back three times and had to endure how the hype guy telling me how the water is made three times. I understand selling services but this is over the top. How about simply an option to select what you are calling for with some soft music while I am on hold?

Our ZeroRez tech was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. However; He did not take the time to cover the corners of our walls when bringing in the equipment and hoses. The first time we used ZeroRez, they put corner covers on so that the hoses wouldn’t damage our walls and corners. This time, those were no were in sight and after the tech left, I had to touch up our walls with new paint due to a few scratches and discoloration left by the hoses. I do want to stress, I don’t believe the tech is at fault here. I think a simple solution would be more in depth training. He knew how to operate the equipment, but I feel like deeper training in courtesy in the homes would go a long way. I’m point is not to get this tech in trouble but to point out a training point moving forward.
