Have used Zerorez for several years, the service is always good, this time was fantastic. Had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned and 500 sf of tile cleaned and sealed.
Grout lines are like brand new again (we have a light sand colored grout).
The technician Kaitlyn arrived ahead of scheduled time by a few minutes, explained how the tile cleaning was done as this was the first time I had this service. Tile was dry before she left and carpet was dry in about 5 hours.

I was happy with the job on my area rug. When I called to schedule the appointment, none of us were certain that the job I needed preformed would be successful. My rug had been in storage and was not laying properly. After the technician performed his "magic", I was very pleased with the final job. Thank you.

They are on time for the appointments. The service people are professional and well trained. They are very polite as well. My carpet always feels soft and clean when they are done. They did a great job of getting the pet odors out of the carpet.

Great service and the only carpet cleaners I will ever use. I made the mistake of using a cheaper company and stains that were not there before came up a few weeks later. Never again will I use anyone but Zerorez.

My carpet was done on Monday, its Thursday and its still wet. My daughter is getting married tomorrow and getting ready at my house. I am so disappointed that we have to move the dressing to another room.
