I was a bit surprised that my guy did not move furniture around. When he arrived I asked him if he had any help and he said no. I was told to move all breakable things and I actually moved almost everything but the large pieces. For example he did not move the bed and clean under it nor the couches. Just cleaned around them. I think I should have been told that I had to move them up front or they would not be cleaned.

Smells clean
Not worth the $$. I have cleaned it myself and as well or better. Technician was very pleasant and courteous.
a few months ago I had Zerorez out to clean my tile and grout. I was amazed what a great job they did with that so I called now for my carpets. They didn't disappoint! I'm sitting here in my nice clean place with very clean floors!!! I am pleased with both jobs and have already referred some friends to Zerorez

The carpet was very wet in spots, 24 hrs. later we still had spots that were damp to wet.
The carpet did not have any extremely dirty spots to begin with and they were all removed during the cleaning, just to clear that up.
Technician was fantastic!
No odor, carpets very clean.
A few things.
1. You sent one guy to do 9 rooms.
2. His equipment broke after 3 rooms. He has to do everything by hand!
3. One of the reasons I called you is because you stated the carpets won’t have that crunchy feeling. The carpets turned out super crunchy!!!

Some of the add on prices are very expensive like for urine stains. If I had done all that was needed for my carpet I would of been paying 1000.00 for carpet cleaning. Who can afford that?
Carpets aren’t clean. Just spray and suck up water. Terrible.
24 hrs later carpet in some areas was still a little damp. Also entry tile was very slippery from run-off after cleaning. Laundry room was same. I had to clean up both areas so me and my wife would not slip or turn an ankle.
