I am a true believer in zerorez carpet cleaning! My carpet looks like new and without that residue left by other cleaners. I recommend Zerorez to my family and friends always!
Great service!
The technician that came to clean the carpets seemed to be in a rush and did not concern himself with the questions that we had. He did not spot treat the high traffic areas that were requested. When he said he was finished the carpets were VERY wet so we asked him to go over them again to remove the excess moisture. He stated that it was not part of the standard service. This was an area under 500 square feet so it didn’t seem reasonable for him not to take the time. He also also did not where any shoe covering/booties at any time.

We had Zeroez do our carpets in our house. They came in and was done in 3 hours. Our carpet went from dingy grey to the original color.
Make sure all technicians provide the same level of cleaning service at each job site.
In the past, I have noticed inconsistencies between technicians and the final achieved results.
They really clean my carpet very well. Fairing nice and professional was early to appointment and that was great for me.
Loved how my horrible carpets looked and they felt soft and clean after they dried, not crunchy.

Your technician, Brandon is an employee to be proud of. As he did the test area for us to view I wasn’t convinced the cleaning would make a huge difference. He was very subtle stating that when totally dry we would see a difference and be pleased. My vote was a no but my husband felt for sanitary reasons it should be done. There was no high power persuasion from Brandon which was refreshing. We decided to follow thru. And YES there was an amazing difference a few hours later when completely dry. He also advised us that the best products to use on our tile should include citric acid rather than harsh chemicals. After receiving estimates from other companies, we know we made the right decision by choosing ZeroRez.

I am amazed how good my tile floors look! I'm so very happy with the results... I had no idea how bad our floors had gotten. The carpet cleaning is superb as well, but this is the first time I've ever had tile work done. I thought I was getting our floors clean, sadly I wasn't.
