It took 8 hours for my carpet and sofa to dry. The sofa didn’t look much cleaner than before they started.

David was a delightful technician! Not only was he prompt, arriving right on time but he was efficient when he got here. He explained all the intricacies of the cleaning and made suggestions how to get the most out of our cleaning and what was best for our tile and carpet. His knowledge was impressive and he obviously cares about the customer!

I like how the carpets are soft and not stiff and stay clean. I like their products. The leather sectional also looked amazing. It would of taken me twice as long to clean and not as thorough. The service was very professional and he went out of his way to clear up any concerns. Very knowledgeable and loved his product- it showed.
I would not recommend tile and grout cleaning with grout sealing. We paid almost $500 and the grout looks dark and dirty again in many areas after only a few months when we were told it should last one to one and a half years. We purchased the Zerorez cleaning water to use with our spin mop as a suggestion after making a call to express our disappointment and this didn't make a difference. I'm really disappointed in how costly this was and that it didn't last at all. We have normal household traffic, are a "clean" household and would have definitely expected a clean and seal to last longer. Had I known, I would have only paid for just the cleaning. It looked great when it was freshly done.

I thought that gentlemen was very professional and kind but we did have a musty smell the next day when the rug dried. It was a pain to get the smell out.

The call center NEEDS a huge improvement!! Ridiculously long wait times to speak to someone, then when I selected the option to hold my place in line and have someone call me back, it never happened! Finally someone called me back but a day or two later when I had given up. I would have passed on to another company but I was going based on a recommendation from someone that clearly had a better experience than I did. A friendly guy by the name of Kyle showed up and was very thorough with the process.
Service was done promptly and professionally. Brandon (hope I got his name right) was friendly, professional and a hard worker. Thx much.
