Carpet was wet for 4 days following cleaning, not the day and a half or two days I was told.
I was very happy with the entire process. I prefer to speak to a "real person" on the phone and as I was waiting, the on hold messages actually answered a lot of my questions.

The service was prompt and professional! Sydney, our serviceman was courteous and explained procedures prior to starting. He took extreme care when cleaning around our large furniture pieces. He patiently answered our questions before he started, and checked to make sure afterwards that our questions were answered! Our floors look clean and wonderful again!

Your technician James was an ultimate professional. He was polite, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and respected us and our home. He explained the process and stopped a couple of times to show us things that came up during the cleaning. He arrived on time and left our home better than he found it!

Love the use of ‘empowered water’..no residue or chemical smell. No ‘crispy’ feeling on the carpet.
No chemicals are used or any type of solvents/soaps which can attract more dirt in the long run.
My carpets, although are older looked very clean. The young man who came to my house was very personable, efficient and did a very good job. I'm sorry I don't have his name but i hope you know and appreciate a very good representative of your company.
