I thought the stains where never going to come out of my carpet with 3 Great Danes, 2 teenage boys and 2 toddler grandsons there seems to always be something on the carpet that’s not supposed to be there. ZeroRez was able to make the carpet look clean again!
Customer service was awesome. From first text contact to the gentleman that came to clean my carpet. I had a 12x14 carpet area that needed to be cleaned. I had a small section that my dog had peed on and the technician treated it with a gallon of treatment that they use to clean up that kind a soil. I spent 189.00 total and the smell is more prevalent now than it was before he came. I’m kind of disappointed that I spent that much money and now have an order instead of clean carpet.

Pet stains still in daughters bedroom. Technician said he didn’t have black light to determine exactly where it was. Paid extra for spot treatment and protectant sealant and it is still visible and the odor that he said would be a citrus smell still smells like urine. Disappointing

Very professional. From scheduling to showing up on time to great work, it was a pleasant experience. I had no previous with carpet cleaning in Arizona and had the highest quality carpets installed a couple of years ago. I asked the carpet provider which service they recommended and there was an immediate, single answer: Zeroez.
They were/are correct.

This was our second time using zerorez. The first time we just had one room cleaned and we were so impressed by the attention to detail the technician had. The second time using your services we decided to do all our rooms. The technician that came out was nice but in a rush. We were left with unevenly cleaned grout. She stated that was normal and nothing she could do. We paid $377 and ended up having to finish cleaning our grout after she left. I was so disappointed. It took a lot to talk my husband into spending money on this service I dont think i will be able to do it again now.
I felt like it was a very short amount of time taken to clean carpets that could have used a little more attention. 3 rooms and stairs done in an hour and a half seems fast. For the most part, we are happy with the results, but kinds feel like we would have gotten the same results had we done a particular room ourselves.
Please refund my money. This was for a move-out cleaning. At the time I scheduled the cleaning, I informed the person I spoke with that there was side stains, animal smell and vomit stains. I was told that these would all be addressed and that the entire cleaning should take about an hour. I had all furniture removed from the bedrooms so there were no obstacles present.
The cleaning took 21 minutes for 3 rooms. I was told that the tech would clean closets in every room where the room was less than 250 sq ft. This also was not completed. I was told the carpets would be dry within 4 hours. They were still damp the next morning. All stains were still present (the soda stain was smaller & lighter in color). The landlord informed me that due to the stains still being present I would have to pay their carpet cleaner who they trust in order to get my security deposit returned to me. I have photos and will happily provide those to you along with the receipt showing payment made to the other carpet cleaning provider if needed.
I could not have your company back out to the premises for a re-clean because I surrendered the keys to the property at the time of the walk through. I do wish this work had been performed right the first time.

Professional and friendly!!
I normally do my carpet myself but I just didn't have the time. The carpet still has a dark area and it seems dirt was pulled to the edges of carpet which didn't have a dark line before. The results were not as stated in commercials. I'm not sure what powered water is, but when I steam it myself, the dark area where we sit is gone and I've not had an issue where the edges got dark, it's like the dirt pulled to the edge and just got darker as it dried.
Service was outstanding from beginning to end. It was convenient to communicate with sales via text, confirmation 2 days prior, and again 20 minutes before arrival was perfect. My carpets look new and my house smells fantastic. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was professional and knowledgeable. And to top it off, they are BBB Accredited!
