My experience with Zerorez Phoenix was awesome! Cameron explained everything about how the process works to get stains out and clean the carpets without chemicals. I was very impressed with how my carpets look.

I had carpet cleaned in the 23rd... It was super dirty after. Called to have recleaned and it was much better on the 24th. Second person knew what they were doing - first person did not.

We were very pleased with our technician who came to our home yesterday. He was kind and professional! He answered all our questions and was helpful explaining the Zerorez process. I would highly recommend him.

Carpets now look new, although there were some areas that were quite dirty. The carpet cleaner was very polite and listened to my concerns before he began. Before the final step he asked me to check his work. We have used Zerorez several times and will continue to do so for our carpets and floor tile.

Your employee set 3 bottles of liquids on my dresser which damaged the finish. Very unprofessional & I won't use your company again.

Paid $35 to have a cushion cleaned. He only cleaned half of the cushion where the spot was. You can see the difference between the part he cleaned and the part he didn't. For $35 He should have cleaned the whole cushion and the other cushion too... strange

Cameron, our technician, did a wonderful job of cleaning our tile and grout. The grout was very dirty and Cameron was very thorough. He even used an extra treatment to lift some of the worst areas. The grout looks much, much better!
