The system ZEROREZ has works well on my carpets that have areas, thanks to my sweet little dog, that are in need of treatment. Carpets dry fairly quickly and look good! This is the second time I have had to have your company back out to redo the job. The technicians are simply not trained well.

Our technician did a fantastic job. He was very nice and very professional Carpeting was a mess due to remodeling of our bathrooms. Hallway was especially dirty and he brought it back to its original color of beige. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends and family.

The only issue was that there seems to be a section of carpet in the middle of our living room that was missed. I have pictures of it the first night and it still looks similar today.
