Chad was our technican. He was knowledgeable and through. He recommended a stronger cleaning agent for areas and explained the process well. He was also on time and worked hard to get the carpets back to their best! I’ve already recommended him to friends. One friend stopped by my house and after seeing him hard at work said, “ I need this guys number”.

Technician was super friendly and amazing!! Prices are a bit expensive for a simple clean with NO stains...just normal traffic wear.

Your technician was a sweet young man. He explained his procedure well and was respectful. However; there were lots of wet spots and foot prints on our wood floor from the Technician walking over it to get to our master bedroom where he did the cleaning. We laid a bunch of sheets down to try to avoid that; but unfortunately, in the process of moving his equipment around they got moved. The carpet doesn't feel soft and it is more matted down then before your cleaning. The traffic patterns are just as visible, if not more so than before the cleaning.

I can't say I would recommend Zerorez over any other Carpet shampoo Company.

My high traffic area in front of the couch still looked quite dirty. I have used other companies in the past and they were able to get it clean, so I know it's possible.

Firstly, the gentleman that did our service was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We liked the results of Zerorez product.

What's not to be happy about when my carpets look great and the one stain on the carpet was removed..

The technician was professional. There was a problem with equipment in the vehicle shortly after he began cleaning that extended our service. There was a rough feeling and dull looking film on an area of tile. The tech redid it, but it didn’t help. I don’t know if the machine still wasn’t working, but we had to get on our hands and knees and clean the area tile after he left. Unfortunately, we weren’t impressed and would not use Zerorez again.

On time, preformed great.

I love the chemical free cleaning. Not only is it safer for me, but it's really effective in cleaning without residue. I am shocked at how clean my rug came out! It was a shag area rug. Had not been cleaned in 15 years...it looks brand new! Also the staff is so helpful and kind. I never feel rushed. They make me feel important and cared for. Great people who are in business for the right reasons...to serve with a purpose. I heard about them from mom who had over 8 oriental rugs done and she was super happy. I dropped my rug off, they cleaned it and then I picked it up. Super affordable and it looks new! Couldn't be happier! I love that I know who to count on for my carpet, rug, tile and upholstery cleaning from now on!

The product smells fresh, the professional who cleaned our rug and sofa was very friendly, respectful, was hard working, and did a fantastic job.
We will be specifically requesting Isaiah to be the one to clean and seal our tile when the time comes to do so.
