arrived as scheduled and did a great job on my soiled carpet
I had a lot old stains and he did good job removing them and he was very thorough I'm very pleased and would recommend them.

Our carpets turned out beautifully, even a couple places I wasn't sure about. We loved the way the carpet felt under bare feet the next morning, much softer than after some other cleanings. We would recommend Zerorez to anyone for carpet cleaning.
My only complaint would be we had 2 recliners cleaned. One turned out good, the other not so much, but it was the dirtier one. Maybe another cleaning would do it.
Carpeting looks great, couldn’t believe how well the rooms look. Nice to do business with such a reputable company. Will definitely be doing business with you in the coming year. Couldn’t be happier unless it was free.
This was the first time we had our tile and grout cleaned. The boys did a nice job. However, when everything dried, the floor was left feeling "chalky" and dusty. Is this to be expected?
We have used ZeroRez in Colorado and we we’re so satisfied that’s only company we use.
The technicians are very considerate. They have protection for all corners where the hose may touch. He continually was using his clean white towel to wipe up the littlest bit of water that got on my wood floors.
The dirty spots are gone and the carpet is soft, not crunchy like with other carpet cleaners!
I have had the protector sprayed on the carpet both times and it really helped keep it clean longer.
I plan on having them clean my sofa and two chairs next.
I recommended them to our daughter in the Seattle area. I she was pleased with how her sofa and carpet cleaned up.
Zerorez staff are professional and well trained. They do a fantastic job even on the older carpet at my mother's home. I like that there is no residue on the carpets - only clean.

The price is very high to start with. After hearing all of these great things about Zeorez, I just did not think my carpets came out any better than when I have had them steamed cleaned. The carpets were left very wet. The techntion was very professional. The price needs to come down for me to use zerorez again.

Soaked carpet with dirty spots in the mud puddles. Coming out to re-do next week. Also the tech had no clue that I had ordered a $49 jug of the water, and had no product. Wanted to give me a spray bottle. Prior to this cleaning I had a similar experience with soaking wet carpet that took two days to dry, but I gave you another chance. Also did not get to see a receipt until it was emailed to me after the tech had left. Not sure if the charges are correct. Too late, the guy is long gone.
On the schedule to re clean the dirty spots and bring out the water next week.
They clean great and leave no residue
Our biggest reason at first was not wanting to use chemicals in our home. There was no chemical smell, drying took a bit longer but was expected due to the rainy weather and the service was exceptional!
The cleaning process was quick and efficient. The carpets dried faster than other cleaning companies I have used.
This was our least satisfied experience since using Zerorez. The technician that came out was friendly, but he didn’t not walk us around before/after as others have. We don’t feel as if he cared if he did a good job or not. He showed up, cleaned, and left. Not too sure if we will have Zerorez back. Cleaning carpets isn’t cheap and with so many companies out there, if the company doesn’t care, then why should the consumer care to be loyal.
Our last technician that came out before this current service was by far the best!

The fact that there is no chemical residue is important to me. Also, the process seemed to "lift" dirt from the grout and restore the original color, despite dog urine stains left by the previous owner.
I was very happy with the technician and the work he did, however the floors did not turn out as I had hoped. There is a film on the tile.....Zerorez?? that I'm sure will come off over times of washing. The grout is clean in most spots but very patchy.
That is the reason for my response.

I noticed that less than 24 hours I had several spots return. I have no pets or dogs so you would think that the spots wouldn't come back so soon if it all. I realize my carpet is not new but......
