I appreciated the technician's honesty (I believe his name is Kiernan- please check my order to be sure). He didn't try to up-sell me. He thoroughly cleaned my carpets and rug to a high standard. He was friendly and not too chatty.

I have recommended you but most people have said that’s a little too pricey and these are people that can afford .... also they feel that the Extra environmental fee is just a way for you to pay for gas... I am being honest you did my rug it looks good there’s still a couple stains but I’m assuming that those just would not come out.
