We used zerorez before in our old house. We couldn't think of anyone else we wsnted to use in our nee house. The pet treatment they offer is a must for any pet lover.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. Carpets look good and chairs that were cleaned turned out great!! Will definitely get a quote after the first of the year for cleaning the tile.

The communication from the rep on the phone to the rep that cleaned my carpets gave me two separate prices/quotes which I think that is not good. Other than that he did a great job.

I was very impressed with Anthony. He did a great job and I didn’t have to ask him to go back over anything because he was careful and methodical. Anthony is also very knowledgeable about how the cleaning works and what works on what stains and the science behind it. Additionally, he is polite and friendly, just a nice young man.

The scheduling was easy, they got me set up on the day I needed, and confirmed everything including the price in an email. The tech showed up on time and was vey efficient. My carpets look like new! They live up to their word!

I cannot remember his name, however the technician that came to our home was incredible! He was kind, efficient, and explained every step of the process eloquently. He is one of those employees that sell your brand! We had a huge area of black on our carpet and I couldn’t believe that it was seemingly gone after he was done! It’s nice to know that we have clean germ free carpets that we can enjoy until it’s time to use you guys again!!

The similar water stains were only removed from some of my seats and not others if they spent more than 30min am sure they would have been removed but for $164 I feel ripped off

It was quick.

It is powered water with no chemicals added and the carpet dries quickly without being crunchy.

I didn't think the strains would come out, but they did. The carpet looked new, smelled fresh, and was soft under our feet.
Their process cleaned the carpet without soaking the pad, and it dried within a few hours.
We received professional service at the time we set the appointment and from the tech who cane to our home.
Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We use Your company all the time and have always had great results. We called to have carpets cleaned for a specific area on a rug. The spot was from our dog having diarrhea. The person cleaned the carpets and told us the spot may not come out. I went in after the carpet as dry and the spot was very dark. I used Resolve on the carpet myself and the spot is now gone. I don’t think the technician used a spot remover first. I could have saved myself a lot of money doing it myself. We had Zerorez at our home in Oceanside, California a week ago for the same problem and the carpets look great. Advise the technician to use spot remover first before cleaning the carpets.

The technician after pulling on the cord of the vacuum the way he did and broke a special order blown glass vase that has been in the family for over 15 years and hard to replace instead of charging for services should have just waited for management to handle Monday. Instead still charged for the carpet cleaning and at this point what I paid for the cleaning still won’t be enough to cover replacing the item broken let alone the hours I will have to take and see where I am going to find a place to replace an item that was created over 15 years ago as a special order for special candle holders created by my grandfather that is the only thing I had Of him to remember him by that was created and designed by him. Very disappointed as this could have been avoided especially if the cords would have not been pulled in such manner and just walked up to the area being cleaned.

First of all the carpet cleaner was so very pleasant and on time. He explained everything thoroughly and did everything wonderfully. We have a hypoallergenic carpet thats light in color so some of the areas are not exactly cleaned perfectly. ( the high traffic) It is a new carpet and we cannot use any chemicals due to the fact that our daughter has eczema/allergy.

I think it should be a lower cost.
