Environmentally friendly, good clean
Our carpet was treated on Wednesday and sense then it smells like a wet damp cave in our home and it is Friday. We have had to go and pick up several air and carpet deodorizer in order to mask the smell. The carpet is not deodorized at all and we are going to now have to have a new company come out to re-treat the carpets. I have never experienced this before with any other carpet cleaning services.
I have had the same experience several times and I don't like it! The technician spend a few minutes cleaning your rooms then they come and say come have a look and you look and all the spots are still there. Now you feel like a jerk making them do their job again then they seem a little pissy when you have to go look again.
The excellent job your process does cleaning the carpets & fabrics on the furniture. Looks like new when done.The service technician was very personable and did an outstanding job. The only negative feedback that I have is trying to talk to someone when calling. I tired calling several times for 2 days and was on hold up to 15-20 minutes with an automated voice saying someone would be me in few minutes but never was connected to a live person. I wanted to talk to someone to schedule my appointment and ask some questions regarding the services offered by zerorez. The only way I scheduled an appointment was online. This unfortunately, will be a deterrent next time I want to get my carpets cleaned.

Our technician was fantastic!! He was professional and explained everything in depth. We had questions about sealing our grout, even though we didnt do it this time, and he took the time to tell us the benefits. He was on time, which is a big deal in our house, we are busy people!! He was proud of his work and he did a great job. We will use Zerorez again and would love to have Eric C. when the time comes. Thank you! Our carpet and tile look great! We're all ready for the holidays!

The final result is much better than we evber expected
The man that came was awesome and I believe he did an excellent job. One room was flooded with a deep clean to remove pet urine. Unfortunately, it still smells like urine in that room and its been a week or so.

I like that Zeroez doesn’t use chemicals or detergents. The carpets I had cleaned turned out great, even though they are 10 yr old carpets with no prior professional cleaning. The cleaners were friendly and communicative throughout the cleaning process.

The extreme high quality of the end product. I was utterly amazed at how clean the carpeting and tile came out. It was just incredible. The customer service agent was friendly, professional and extremely interested in insuring that I got everything I wanted and needed. The actual technician was bang-on. Great young man!! Kept me always apprised of how he was coming along and how things were being achieved. The quality of the work was far superior to the work I had done a few years ago by Stanley Steemer. ZeroRez will get all my business and any I can refer.
