Customer Service to set an appointment is very easy and the pricing is competitive. Your technicians are friendly and professional. They take the time to explain what they are going to do and why. Finally, they complete the job in a timely and efficient manner.

Professional and personable!
I've usually been thrilled with the service. This last time, I feel like I need to have someone out to rinse my carpet. It's stiff and crunchy, like there's some kind of residue or dirt left. Usually after it dries, it's incredibly soft and plush. Not sure what happened this go-around.
The service folks are very knowledgeable, and professional; this was 2nd time Josh/Jason??, came to clean my carpets, and I have no complaints; the soiled areas on my carpet are gone, and while ZeroRez is a bit more than costly than some cleaning companies, I pay the price because I have confidence in knowing they deliver what they say they will do; I definitely will continue to use ZeroRez 👍😊

This was my second experience with Zerorez and I was completely satisfied on both occasions.
The technician Sydney was very professional, friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the effort he made.
The challenge is we have very light floors and there are corners and areas close to the walls that didn't get cleaned. So the difference is noticeable. It does show that the floors were cleaned but I would hope that all areas would have been cleaned.
Do you have any recommendations as to what we can do to clean those areas to make them match? I am not asking for another technician to come back out. I have no doubt Sydney did what he could, I just think it maybe the machine isn't square but round which doesn't allow for good corner cleaning.

Great service, very courteous and helpful technician.
Paul, my service tech, was awesome. He explained the process every step of the way and how I could protect/clean my tile and grout in between services. He was very helpful and polite.
