My carpets always look and feel brand new every time you guys come and clean it. Amazing! Trey was the guy who took care of us and he did an absolutely awesome job. He was very thorough with everything and even showed us a demonstration with how the empowered water works against the oils that appear in the carpets. Would definitely recommend that you ask for Trey to be your guy.

The grout is about as clean as when I clean it myself with a brush and mop. The rep was nice and thought the grout would look better after it dried. It didnt.

Professional employees and great service

They didn't clean the small closet in the living room. They didn't even clean the carpet outside of the closet - it was quite obvious. I had to use my Bisel Spot Lifter. I paid full price and then I had to spend over an hour to get the closet and the carpet outside of the closet as well - something your tech could have done quite quickly. Plus - the house smells like someone puked and forgot to wipe it up. I turned down the ac for the night, and almost fell over the next morning from the stench.

Service was excellent! Trey was knowledgeable and professional. He got all the traffic areas cleaned. He showed me how the Zerorez water attacks oil. He did a demo of cleaning one of our chair arms. He also explained the benefits of the carpet protection treatment. Although I did not get the chairs cleaned, I did get the protection treatment. He was hard working and courteous. He is a great representative for your company!
