Service was great, efficient, and our carpets looked amazing!
Zerorez tech (Dan) was very nice, professional and ahead of schedule. He was very helpful with making sure i had everything out of the way to clean as much flooring as possible for a great price!

I'd like to be able to see how much dirt is coming up. I know you can't empty the tank after each job; but a clear section of hose would let the customer see what's coming out.
The tech seemed to be in a hurry with the cleaning; moving the wand too quickly over the carpet. Surely, slower is more effective than faster.
Aside from the removal of 2-3 small spots/stains, it looks pretty much the same. But, the carpet is the same color as the desert dust that got it dirty in the first place so I'm not surprised at that. It is softer so I know something was accomplished.
Scheduling and communication were fine. Rate was reasonable.

I had my Zerorez come to clean the grout in my tile. I was amazed at how dirty my tile was as well. They did such a beautiful job!! I would recommend them to anyone.
