Very please w/ the service. Gary was the technician and was patient after the directions didn't include our Unit number and was very knowledgeable as well with the process and how he could affect the carpet.
We had worked with other steam cleaners and none of them restored the carpet like Zerorez did, picking up a ton of hair from the carpet we didn't even know was there and creating a much better living environment. It ended up costing an extra room with the team due to size, but it was worth it. Definitely wish we'd used them sooner!
Our carpets came out very clean and didn't have that sticky hard residue feeling.
I thought the cost for an area rug was outrageous. When I can get 3 rooms done for 149. 00 The one rug of similar size than a bedroom was 125.00
I had to have it done before Thanksgiving otherwise I would not have paid for this.
I was blown away by the difference the cleaning made. I have done a lot of work on the house as well as have 2 pets and over the last few years have had some staining, dirt and grime build up. I truly had the expectation that my tile would never look like it did when it was put in again. I've tried multiple different approaches to clean my grout and tile with no luck and after one cleaning from zerorez my floor looks just like new. My house is cleaner, healthier and smells amazing.

The services were amazing. The service tech, Daniel, was informative, well spoken and professional. He was able to answer all my questions regarding product and cleaning. My carpets are light colored plus I have a little black dog. The results were amazing. My 10+ year old carpet looks less that 2 years old. Thank you Zerorez!

I've used Zerorez several times in the past, have always requested Todd. Most recently requested Todd, dispatch didn't schedule Todd, we cancelled and rescheduled for Todd. Dispatch sent Gary. You had a several weeks to meet our request each time...disappointed...

I tried your services for the second time because we had credit from the previous disappointing cleaning. I really had no interest in using your company again due to the technicians haste to leave last time. However, my wife bought a rug that she wanted to clean an I remembered that we had a credit. I figured that an area rug cleaning with a credit wouldn’t cost too much and it would be another opportunity to try your services to see what all the “hype” was about. Wow, was I wrong. She ended up doing tow area rugs and an ottoman, and I was blown away by the cost, even with the credit. She already had it scheduled so I agreed and didn’t cancel the call. So, here is where I am disappointed. Given the cost and all of your companies claims, I expected to actually receive clean articles when you were done. I can’t even tell they were cleaned. I have never been more let down by a service. I vow to show my “zerorez cleaned” ottoman to everybody that visits our home. So they can see exactly what little your cleaning service actually cleans. THE WORST!!!!!

Used a black light on my carpet after cleaning. The reason I had zerorez in the first place was for 6-7 urine stains. There was literally no change in the carpet. Stains were still there. Bummer.
We use the empowered water to clean up spots and wash floors all year.
