I like Zerorez because of the product they use to clean the carpet. No chemicals, no soap is great! What I didn't like is the price. The special was $135.00 for 3 rooms. I only had 1 living room, (over sized), a hall and 2 bedrooms. I only had a small area in one bedroom done and the other bedroom has a king sized bed, a dresser and 2 bookcases. I paid almost $100.00 for the partial bedroom, which I think was too much.
The tech was on time and did a great job.

Spent a fortune to get Pet urine out of our carpet. It was still wet In areas 24 hours later, crunchy in dry areas, and smells awful. Grout looks better, but is by no means “back to its original color as indicated.
