The tech was very professional and helpful. I love how the carpets and tile look and feel when they are done.

They smell great while using it & your guy got a very persistant spot out of my carpet.

The carpets were crunchy after drying, and the whole room smelled like pet urine when prior to carpet cleaning it was not present (And I understand heavy pet damage is practically impossible to remediate)
It would have been nice to hear of such disclaimers and the proper treatments and handling post-carpet cleaning.

We had carpets cleaned and had large rugs that sit on top of carpet and asked those be cleaned in place of the carpet underneath as those carpets underneath have not been soiled since the last time you were out. We were told no that could not be done as part of the service but we could pay an additional fee to have the carpets on top cleaned.

We find that the company was inflexible, the carpet square footage was the exactly the same. We believe this not to be a customer service oriented company. There is no flexibility and it is all about making more money off the customer. It makes no sense. Your company ended out cleaning less than the three rooms because of the two large carpets that sat in two of those rooms and all you had to do was go around it.

This has nothing to do with the nice gentleman who cleaned our carpets he was very polite, nice and was just following protocol but very disappointing.

Will look for another company and post of social media. Poor customer service in my book.
