Super impressed that they got the pet odor completely out of my carpet.
Had used u guys two other times...this 3rd time i specified the main issue was dog urine in the carpet that needed to be addressed. When they came out....the carpet was only given a normal cleaning without any special treatment to the urine spots i had pointed out. There was still urine odor in the house after the carpet dried and when i expressed my frustration to u guys u stated that ur cleaner could come back but it would be a different type of cleaning and would cost more. Don't know why when i told u about the dog urine in the first place before anyone came to clean i would have to have u guys come out AGAIN .. paying out even more money when it should if been handled the first time around. Doubt i'll be using u again. :(
Service tech was great. We still smell some of the pet odor that we were told wouldn’t be present. Everything else came out good.
The serviceman who came was great, He was professional and very good at his job! He was same serviceman who came last time (Kevin) . They are lucky to have him representing Zerorez.

It seemed to clean the tile and grout ok but after looking at it later in the day it seemed to leave a residue behind.
