The extra cost of the bio spray was useless. The carpet still smells as it did before it was cleaned and the spray applies. The product is not worth the money. Also, we have 5 stains about the size is a quarter that were not on the carpet before. Most likely from the shoes is the tech or from the machine. Will need to clean the stains. Paid about $300 for 2 rooms hallway and stairs. Thought the price was way to high. The tech was very nice and he worked hard. I just think the products are inferior.

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. The carpets look great and the service didn't take very long. I am very pleased with the results and am planning to have another room done soon. They did not try to sell me on services that I didn't really need. I appreciate a business that doesn't try to take advantages of a customers lack of knowledge. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
