The carpet in my house has been on the floor since 1996 and Zerorez has cleaned it for most of those years. The carpet has a lot of wear and I am very pleased with the effort your service people make in cleaning a very old and worn carpet. The man who cleaned my carpet this time did an exceptionally good job and should be rewarded for making every effort to make my carpet
look the best it could be.

We had some issues with a stubborn smell in the living room carpet but zerorez sent out someone twice and the second time was the charm. They were very helpful and easy to work with. Would very much recommend to friends and family.

I really liked the fact that it doesn't have any bad chemicals in the process.
Our tech, Evan Lane. was extremely professional and nice. He was patient and kind in answering all my questions and he did a thorough and great job. I will highly recommend him and zerorez to anyone from now on.
