We had our light-colored sofa and chair cleaned. The tech asked me to come and check his work, which I appreciated. I did ask him to clean the edge of one of the cushions, which he did and it seemed to help a bit. However, I did not know at the time that he had literally just flipped all of the cushions over so that the side that needed cleaning was just face down (the other side is essentially new since we never flip the cushions). He didn't mention this or show us the other side, so I assumed the cushions actually had been cleaned well. I would have asked him to go over them again if I had known. We also have pillows on the couch that are not throw pillows, they are extra cushions, and these were not cleaned/included. This is also frustrating, because if the cleaning had worked-- I would have clean bottom cushions and all of the cushions that cover the top/back of the sofa would have still been dirty.

He said "there isn't much you can do with a white couch and kids" which I do understand, but if this is true....why go through with the cleaning if it isn't going to work well? Or at least let me know at the beginning that it isn't working. The situation I was put in forced me to pay for a service that wouldn't "work" in my case, and that isn't very fair or honest. I think the fabric cleaner I ordered on Amazon along with a brush has done a better job, but I am 9 months pregnant and don't have the time or energy to clean the sofa right now, which is why I was willing to pay for a service. I do regret it now after being out of the money, and I am left with a sofa that looks and feels the same.

The man that came to do the service was fabulous. He did a great job and kept me informed on options.

Two technicians were very professional and friendly. They did a good job. Will comment that unlike your advertisements say, the carpet does feel a bit crunchy once dried.

The technician didn't work with the same attention to detail and wasn't as methodical as our first encounter with Zerorez, This time, the technician ran through the cleaning process extremely fast and at times it seamed like he was just going through the motions of cleaning. We were impressed by the professionalism of the first technician and the method of application and recovery of the cleaning product, but this time it seamed like if the process worked, it's fine or if not, oh well. So, the first time we were satisfied with your company, this time not so much.

Technician was on time, polite, respected my home and property. Service was prompt and he did a great job cleaning my sofa. However, I found it a bit peculiar that all transactions are performed on a cell phone and when he did not have great service, he requested to log into my wifi for transaction completion. It felt uncomfortable, but I really felt I had no choice but to provide my wifi password for him to complete the transaction.

I just used Zerorez for the first time to clean my sofa/sectional and area rug. They both look like new and dried so quickly. I was able to sit on my sofa just a few hours later. The technician was very prompt, polite and professional. I'm so happy I now have a "go to" carpet and upholstery cleaning company to rely on.

I would recommend that the technician wear shoe covers so as not to track dirt in from outside.

I have always liked the company and the product used, no harsh chemicals and we have liked the end result which is the main reason for being a loyal customer.
