The technican did a wonderful job, especially on the red hot spot on my living room carpet, that i did not think would come out,,but it did. Very happy with their service.

I have been using Zero Res for a few years and love the finished results. The technician that came to my house this weekend was extremely pleasant, thorough and informative of what he was doing and made recommendations with out being pushy. He was very respectfully of my furniture. I will use Zero Res in the future and will ask for the same technician.

So far the carpet feels soft and looks great, but I'm waiting to see if stains reappear.

Clean no smell

the cleaning was very good...certainly the most thorough...Terry did a good job cleaning...he was adamant about not being permitted to move furniture...i am 80 years old...most of my small things like chairs, coffee table and Ikea chairs you simply slide out of the way...i did all the moving and lifting...his attitude was surly ...i found that most alarming...but the cleaning was excellent...and yes i would recommend your cleaning service...i suggest you make it clear to customers as to what exactly you consider furniture...to me that describes couches, sofa, beds. desks, heavy tables...but everything i had was things that roll or slide.

Well organized and efficient communications. I liked being able to text so I could think of questions in my own time. Everything was well communicated, down to exactly when the tech would arrive.

I did not appreciate the technician telling me what was wrong with my carpeting (some of which was untrue, fabricating issues was not necessary) just clean it like I asked you out to do. Also no matter hard you try a non smoker always smells cigarette smoke. Yuck!

I had scheduled for you to clean my tile. Liked that you do a test area so I can decide if it really made a difference. I like that you want us to be satisfied with cleaning.
