Timely and efficient
Your guys who come to clean our carpets are always so nice and work really hard
to clean an impossible carpet. They do a great job.
The carpet cleaner personnel was very polite and did an excellent job in removing the stains.
The technician was thorough and professional
The folks were professional in everyway, explained everything regarding their process, cleaned up afterwards, carpets looked clean... However, my carpets were ETREMELY WET took 24hrrs to dry with fans on 24hrs... There is now a musty type smell in my house which I am not happy with. Normally my rugs are dry with a few hours... That is my only complaint.. Hoping the smell will dissipate in a few days.
Liked Abraham who did my service and loved the way the carpets looked when they dried. It appears that sometime after the new year I will call for grout work cleaning for my tile. Abraham gave me an estimate. Very happy with the cleaning and would recommend your company in the future to others.

Quality of results. I have old carpet and just stretching out the time to replace. Zerorez does not leave my carpet crusty from soaps and carpet stays clean longer. I will never use a different carpet cleaner company even if they are half the price or offer it for free.
