I felt the service was great from your staff, but was disappointed with how much I paid and the final result. I still do have stains in my carpet. I know it's impossible to get everything out, I guess I just expected a better result with what I had heard regarding your company. I paid $810 for cleaning of 5 bedrooms, a loft, stairs, hallway and 2 chairs + protectant. That is a large area I know. I guess coming from Montana where I had my carpets cleaned with an Eco friendly company twice a year paying around $500 to clean a larger home and sectional couch, I'm a little disappointed with the value.
