Kaitlyn was very friendly and professional and explained everything she was doing. I would highly recommend her and your company. We didn't think some of the spots would come out but to our surprise they did.
I am happy with the non toxic approach, the friendly customer service, and the end results.
However, it is super loud, and it might be good to make customers aware of it prior to the appt so they can put animals away accordingly or plan what to do with kids. ALso, I was concerned that the tech was not wearing any hearing protection.

42 minutes for 6 Rooms I used a bissel myself at age
72 and vacuumed dirty water bath mats were not even moved Traffic Areas need some work they did not dotit .....again I went over with a bissel and traffic areas improved by at least 60 %. Intend to request a second time or refund when mentioned then42 minutes for 6

Your company was referred by Bershire Hathaway 1000 agents! Not a good way to appreciate their referral to your company by arguing with their client someone needs to call me or send a refund
Micheal and David were very professional. Liked that everything was explained upfront and why they did what they did to our carpet. Carpet came out clean and as new looking as 16 year old carpet can! Love the fact there is no perfume smell from soap and the carpet is soft!

They are the only company I’ll use! Carpets look like new! The stains don’t come back and the carpets stay clean longer.
I use them for several very expensive Persian rugs and they look beautiful when done!

Your technicians are so courteous and professional.
Our carpet looked pretty good when the service tech left our home. However, the more the carpet dried, streaks became apparent in the tracking areas in our living room entry area and the tracking areas in our family room. It appears to us that the streaks we caused by poor extraction.
You ask what can be done to make things right? Send the tech back to redo the tracking areas.
