Love that the carpets are clean and soft! They did take a very long time to dry as it seems they were much more wet than the first time we used Zerorez.

Carpets were very clean, spots gone, smelled clean. Service person was friendly. Wore booties on clean carpet and took us up to look at them when complete.

I use Zerorez for everything. Carpet, upholstery and tile. They just cleaned our tile floors and they look new! Grout was clean beyond my expectation.
I love it that they don't use detergent leaving the carpets with no residue. My older chairs also came back to life.

I liked everything about our experience with zerorez. The technician was very careful of the remaining furniture, and explained everything to me as I watched. The carpets were clean and dry within a few hours. They all look new after three days.

You could tell you customers up front of the cost of special solutions costs. I had pet stains that needed extra cleaning solution and was not happy with the cost, had I been aware of the cost up front I might have chosen some one else or tried to do a better job myself prior to the technician coming out to do the carpet cleaning. I spend way more on 2 gallons of the cleaner than I did for the 2 room cleaning.

I have had only one previous experience with your company and this 2nd cleaning was definitely less clean. My husband has passed and I was expecting company and the two bedrooms were still dingy looking. I thought of calling to complain but never got around to it due to my situation. Hopefully you would be willing to make the visit better. Thank you in advance.

I felt for the price was way over priced for the quality. The guy told us the carpets would only be wet for a few hours, and they were wet for two days. When they finally did dry we had spots show up that we never had before we had the carpet cleaned. A week later our carpets looks just as bad as they did before we had them cleaned. I didn't expect wonders but I did expect paying over $300 for cleaning that it would last more then a week and wouldn't get new stains right after it dried. I rather do it myself at least the carpets do dry in a few hours, and stay clean for at least a month.
