I like that the water used to clean is powerful and yet odor-free. The chemicals used in a test spot on my armchair smell awful and the odor has not dissipated after two days -- but the large area rug that was cleaned with the powered water is clean, bright, and best of all, odorless!

I will be honest the carpets do not look as clean as the other company that used to come and do it they just don't look clean like they're supposed to I can still see some dirty spots especially on the edges don't know if I'll be using you guys again that was a lot of money to be paid for and the quality of the cleaning was not as good as I thought it would be

ZeroRez did a great job cleaning all the carpets and tile in my home. The technicians (Abraham and Rix) were prompt, polite, professional, friendly, and hard working. My floors look fabulous! I love the fact that they feel and smell clean and the drying time was minimal. Can definitely recommend them!

I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends. If I I spots that showed up after it dried Zerorez came back out without any issues.

The technician was very polite and worked hard. He was great! I was a little disappointed that some of the grout did not appear cleaner afterwards. Most areas looked great but a few areas still
looked darker on the grout.

Friendly and did a nice job

Your tech arrived right on time at the beginning of our service time window at 10:00am! He was very friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice as to how to keep our tile clean after this service. Our tile had never been cleaned professionally until now, and the difference from just this one cleaning was incredible! We are looking forward to using your services again in the future and won't hesitate to recommend you to our family and friends as well!

No chemicals are used. Staff is very informed. They come in and do the job and answer any questions I may have.
