Your technician, Brandon is an employee to be proud of. As he did the test area for us to view I wasn’t convinced the cleaning would make a huge difference. He was very subtle stating that when totally dry we would see a difference and be pleased. My vote was a no but my husband felt for sanitary reasons it should be done. There was no high power persuasion from Brandon which was refreshing. We decided to follow thru. And YES there was an amazing difference a few hours later when completely dry. He also advised us that the best products to use on our tile should include citric acid rather than harsh chemicals. After receiving estimates from other companies, we know we made the right decision by choosing ZeroRez.

I am amazed how good my tile floors look! I'm so very happy with the results... I had no idea how bad our floors had gotten. The carpet cleaning is superb as well, but this is the first time I've ever had tile work done. I thought I was getting our floors clean, sadly I wasn't.

We had our upstairs carpets cleaned, which included four rooms, a loft, hallway, and stairs. Scheduling was super easy and all done online. I like how it gives you a quote right away. The only thing that had to be finalized at the visit was the length of the hallway and the number of steps. Last year, we had our carpets cleaned by a different cleaning company. It was an okay experience; nothing great and I didn't feel like the carpets were completely cleaned. We heard about Zerorez on the radio and it was also recommended by a friend.

Because I scheduled the appointment a few weeks out, I received a reminder email and text message, which was nice. The day before, I received another text message with a narrowed down time of when the cleaner would arrive. And I also received a text message when the cleaner was on his way and with a link to track his location. I really liked all the communication and it made it much easier for me to plan my day. When he arrived, he walked through the space with us before getting started. He was very personable, polite, and thorough. I appreciated his attention to detail. Even though our carpet is only two years old, our carpets look new. It dried pretty quickly. We will definitely be using Zerorez again!

I expected more the for cost. You were twice as much as the guy I have used for years. My sister in law said her results with you were amazing but I thought it was just fine. Came out this morning to still smelling urine in one of the rooms, the same room where I spent a lot extra for a special solution. I’ll probability just stick with my regular guy from here on out.
