I was very upset to see that cleaning my (all tile) home was nothing more than having a machine splash water on the floor, scrub it, and then have a fan put on the floor to dry up the massive puddles that were created, thus leaving a white residue. This was first noticed in my living room/kitchen area. The technician tried to say it was just from his shoes walking on the wet floor. Then he said it was from my rubber backed entry rugs that had left a residue and got spread into the living room area. I accepted that explanation and he was kind enough to re-clean that area where it was noticed, and again, had to use the fan to dry up the puddles that were created. However, when he was gone and I was in my master closet, I noticed the same problem, and then noticed the same problem in the master bathroom, and then noticed the same problem in other areas throughout the house. Since he started in my master closet, there is NO WAY the residue from my entry rugs had caused the problem because that is where he started, and hadn't even gotten to the area where the entry rugs were. The technician kept saying how dirty my floors were, not that I needed to be told, but I'm a 55+ single woman with grown children that don't live with me and no pets. Really? I have never had my tile floors professionally cleaned, but after this experience, I won't be doing it again, at least not with this company.
We love that it is completely safe for our dog and Abraham was so thorough! He was very patient with us because we had a bad experience before with another company.
Technition was awesome. He reworked an area where couch had been, but sadly it still looks dirty. No spillage or stains just dirt redidue from shoes. Carpet was new 3 years ago June 2016, installed after I bought the house. I lived by myself, so not an excessive amount of traffic. Have used your services before and was VERY pleased. Don't quite understand why my carpet still looks dirty?
I'm selling the house and the dirty area is right in the middle of the living room...doesn't look like it should after cleaning a 3 year old, lightly used carpet.
Timely service, upfront pricing
The carpet is soft to the touch not stiff and crunchy like it was when I rented a carpet cleaner and did the job myself. I was really impressed with the way the tile turned out too.
My 15 year old tile looks brand new. It was well worth the money.
