I needed to wait until carpet was dry & vacuumed. We have a stain that was not there before. The young man was very courteous but we were not satisfied with the results.
That the product used on the carpets is water. I try to avoid chemicals of any sort as much as possible.
My carpets look the best they ever have and my chair looks like new. The tech,Zack, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a hard worker. Great experience all around.

Very Pleased with the promptness and efficiency
The only issue was timing. The service window was from 12-2. Your technician showed up more than 1 hour early. I was not home but fortunately my husband happened to be home when your technician arrived. This could be an issue for others who work full time & need accurate timing.

Seems like the cleaners are only there for an hour. Not enough time in my opinion to thoroughly clean a loft, stairway and two bedrooms

I sent in a review yesterday. WE always use Zerorez for our carpets and furniture. Excellent cleaning for carpets and furniture.
Carpets look the same after being shampooed as they did before they were shampooed and we were quoted an extra $500 because of animal stains but if we had known that it was going to do no good to shampoo them in the first place we probably wouldn't have paid the 150 because it didn't look any different
