The quick drying and friendly honest tech
I paid more than twice what was quoted. I was aware there would likely be extra charges for pet stains and the carpet protection but was a little surprised they were more than the cost of the cleaning. I am glad I did it though. The carpet looks great, and after about three days even smelled better! My technician was great, not pushy, and explained everything before I made the choice to incur the extra expenses. He did a great job!

I was skeptical they would do as good of a job as they proclaim in their commercials. I have five kids and three dogs. Zerorez got out all but one stain out of my carpets and that’s barely noticeable. The carpet is soft and looks new again and so does my tile and grout. The gentleman who did the work was courteous, friendly and on time.
Five stars. I definitely recommend Zerorez for cleaning your floors and carpets.

Carpet looks great after cleaning. Tray was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took great care not to scratch newly painted base boards. Did a great job, even mopped our hallway on his way out.

Josh was our technician and he was very polite, informative & honest about the rugs we were asking to be cleaned. He was wonderful and did a great job on the rugs and two chairs we had done. The colors just popped out. Beautiful job. I’d use you again in a minute.
